At Reliability Essentials, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality services and products. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.

Services

  • Due to the nature of consulting, training, and engineering services, completed service fees are non-refundable.

  • If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can review and address your concern.

Digital Products & Training Materials

  • All digital items (e.g., downloads, templates, guides) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you experience issues accessing a digital product, contact us and we’ll provide support to ensure successful delivery.

Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Process for Returns/Refunds
